H&M | NWOT Floral Puff Sleeve Dress

- Structured dress in macro floral print that's slightly abstract, in cream/green/lilac and hot pink tones. - SUPER oversized + exaggerated puff sleeves and shoulders. Square neckline with elastic at shoulders to hold shape. Dress bodice is entirely smocked. Elastics also at the cuffs. - 100% Cotton fabric. Unlined. - NWOT - excellent condition ripped off paper tag and never ended up wearing it. No major flaws to note -- no rips no stains. Only tiny flaw is some bubbling at the very bottom of the smocked dress (at the front) from manufacture. Not visible when wearing! Please see close up photos for reference.
