H&M | NWOT Polka Dot Flounced Midi Dress

- Midi-length flowy dress with flounced fabric layers. Asymmetrical hemline. - 3" ruffle runs diagonally across the dress from hip to hem. - Fabric is like a thin chiffon. Black with large white polka dots.11" V-neckline. - Lined in the bodice, and shorter skirt lining gives a sheer effect. Sleeves are unlined. - 19" hidden zipper runs down the back. Fabric has no stretch (Additional measurements provided in the last photo). - NWOT -- excellent condition! Never worn, just removed the paper tag. There's a tiny tiny pull on the right side of the neckline (last photo), but barely visible. Otherwise in perfect condition. - Around some of the seams, partial white dots are visible through the fabric and may look like marks at first glance -- they aren't!
