H&M | NWOT Puff Sleeve Smocked Dress

- Structured dress in macro floral print that's slightly abstract, in cream/green/lilac and hot pink tones. - SUPER oversized + exaggerated puff sleeves and shoulders. Square neckline with elastic at shoulders to hold shape. - Dress bodice is entirely smocked. Elastics also at the cuffs. - 100% Cotton fabric. Unlined. - NWOT - excellent condition. never ended up wearing it. No major flaws to note -- no rips no stains. Only tiny flaw is some bubbling at the very bottom of the smocked dress (at the front) from manufacture. Not visible when wearing!
