H&M | NWOT Tropical Print Tiered Midi Skirt

- High waisted midi skirt with tiered ruffles, in an all-over tropical print. - Fits close to the hips and upper thigh, and then frills out near the bottom. - 100% cotton fabric, so no stretch -- 6.5" side zip closure (on the left side), with little button. - 1.5" waistband. Unlined. - NWOT condition-- excellent. Never wore it, but ripped off the tags and now it no longer fits.
