H&M | NWT Flounced Polka Dot Blouse

- long sleeved flounced blouse in black flowy fabric with large white polka dot pattern - 1" mock-neck collar that ties at the back of the neck to form keyhole when wearing (8.5" when tied). Hidden hook and eye to secure collar. Neck ties are 20.5" in length - peplum silhouette, with slight bell sleeves (tie details can be tightened at wrists) - layered flounce detail at shoulders - main bodice lined in matching polyester fabric, but sleeves unlined so they are sheer. Fabric has no stretch. - CONDITION: NWT - excellent! tags attached and brand new. Only flaw to note is some visible white strings on the inside of double-lined spots that are sheer (ex: on the ties), but flaw is from manufacture and not visible when wearing.
