H&M Off The Shoulder Top

Brand new "off the shoulder" top in colbalt blue. Fits like a true XS. Never ended up wearing this as the color unfortunately doesn't match my skintone but I fell in love with the lace details! Best worn over a black tank top if you aren't into see-through :p Comfortable elastic band at the top so you can adjust it to go over the shoulder or just wear it as is.
