- Pretty mid-length dress in navy blue chiffon material - flowy shape with large layered ruffle detail around neckline and shoulders. V-neckline and sleeveless. - contrasting smocked elastic waist and fabric-covered buttons run down the front. - unbuttons from the top and the bottom but the button at the waist is stitched in place (does not fully open) - lined in matching blue satin-feel fabric - CONDITION: Good Used Condition. Pre-loved- washed and worn with some signs of wear: most visibly some colour lift on the fabric, as well as some light pilling in the frill edges and some visible thread ends around seams including buttons.
