Very good pre-owned condition. No rips, stains or holes. There are two small belt loops on either side of the skirt (does not include a belt). In addition to the zipper, there is also a button closure on the inside of the skirt. The skirt has a small amount of stretch. See photos for measurements. The measurements provided are approximate and were taken with the garment laying flat. Taking a similar garment from your wardrobe and measuring it while it's laying flat, will help you to compare measurements.
