This H&M puffer is the perfect fall vest. I only got to wear it once so it is still in perfect condition. It is oversized so it easily fits over sweaters. It has a drawstring hem for the perfect adjustable fit. It has a standup collar, zipper and wind flap at the front with snap fasteners.
