NWT never been worn! Dress didn’t fit and I missed the return window. Calf-length dress in airy, woven cotton fabric. V-shaped opening at front, long puff sleeves with covered elastic at cuffs, and a wide tie belt at waist with diagonal-cut, tasseled ends. High slit at sides and rounded hem, longer at back. Unlined.
