H&M Tie Collar Blouse

Short sleeve H&M top with a unique tie at the neck. Worn only once. Pearly taupe colour. Small mark on INSIDE from where I went to iron and the iron was on high temp (see last photo) - Not visible on outside of the garment. Size 10 but runs large.
