H&M+ Tie-belt Crêped Dress (Turquoise)

NWOT, I just bought this beautiful dress but it fits more like a medium instead of small. Calf-length dress in woven, crêped viscose fabric. Slightly wider, gathered neckline, opening at back, and covered button at back of neck. Long raglan sleeves, wide cuffs with covered buttons, and a removable tie belt at waist. Unlined.
