H&M US 4 | White Bell-Sleeve Blouse with Blue Embroidered Flowers and Tassels

This H&M blouse is super cute for a concert! The bell sleeves are very flowy and angelic when worn. I love the blue embroidery details (machine sewn) and the tassels add the perfect touch and tie the top together. The fabric is liable to wrinkle over time when worn the fabric is able to be ironed on low heat settings though. Fabric composition is 100% viscose. I will caution that the material is rather see through, I would solve this problem with a camisole or cute bralette underneath the top! On the plus side, the material is very cool and breathable.
