H&M black & white stripe pleated skirt

Elastic waist accordion pleated midi skirt from H&M. Super stretchy waist! Would fit a 24-27” waist best, was a little snug on me but I have a 28” waist and am usually a S at H&M. Like new condition, only worn a couple times! Length: 31”, Waist (flat): 11.75” (very stretchy!)
