H&M floral blouse - cold shoulder style

H&M blue and white floral open shoulder blouse with spaghetti straps, size 2 (I cut off the tag, but I remember it being size 2 because I realize my regular size 4 would have been better). Cropped length. Excellent preloved condition, worn twice. No signs of wear - just missing the tag because it interferes with the back when worn. 9.5/10
