Top is tagged a kids size 12-14Y (as pictured) but can fit a size small woman. - Button in the front (pictured) which you can button up or un-button for more/less coverage. - Cropped on a woman but wouldn’t be on a child. - Flower details throughout. - Material is extremely soft. - Brand new with tags - never been worn. - Elastic band at bottom so it fits just right
