H&M premium tall boots Black shiny Snakeskin. Will clean and polish

These are awesome black boots. They’re tall right below the knee. I do not know what they’re made of. I cannot find that information. There’s a picture on the heel that you can see that shows something but I don’t understand what it means. These have been worn once I do not see any flaws in them.perfect for fall riding
