H&M sz12 pencil skirt

This skirt is in great pre-loved condition. It is a knit type fabric with a good amount of stretch, which makes it quite comfy! It can be easily dressed down with a T and sneakers or dressed up with heels and jewelry for a more formal look. No rips, tears or stains. Some minor pilling and the interior has a pull which is not detectable from the exterior side. (See photos). I am 5’10” and this skirt hits me just past the knee for length. Aproximate measurements lying flat: length-28.5”, waist-15 3/4” unstretched, hips-20” unstretched. From a smoke free/pet free home. Feel free to ask any questions!
