Great condition versatile piece. Oversized would fit up to XL based on measurements. Can be worn as a tunic or a dress, slightly sheer round neck with ties button cuffs and two tier flounce. I measure as accurately as I can, but measurements are a courtesy and not a guarantee of fit PTP 25” Shoulder to hem 34” Please note that the actual colour is a bit darker than it is showing in the photos
