A healthy "bare foot" concept shoes that has minimal cushioning to allow your feet to feel the ground and balance on their own like when humans lived off the land. "zero drop" means the front and the back of the shoe cushion are the same height. some foot doctors and athletes think it's healthy to wear these types of shoes. WIDE toe box so the toes won't be bent like in most high heels or dress shoes. I wore it one time to try out the bare foot shoes. I tend to walk long distance and have problem feet so I needed orthotics/more support. had to put them on sale. bought them from Amazon. selling them cheaper here. shoes are in perfect condition. I think this bare foot concept is good for people who want to let their feet stretch and feel the ground without thick cushioning or bounce. it may work for some and not for others. you can try it out cheaper with these barely second hand pair.
