This is a gorgeous black cocktail dress. Worn once, mint condition. Skirt has a gauzy/chiffony top layer and 2 satiny interior layers. Cups sewn into dress. This was purchased as a bridesmaids dress - I needed to order it when I was pregnant and I did not know what size I would be when I needed to wear it. Thus it is labeled as a size 10 but it was altered to be a size 2/size 4. (I currently wear size 6 in most brands and there is no chance I could zip this dress up today). Photo shows measurement across the underbust when the dress is laid flat - 13 inches across.

Can it still be let out? Or was the material cut?

@tuxmonique hello! I added 2 more photos. I took a look at the inside of the dress, and added another photo of the inside of the dress. It is fully lined and it does not look like it can be let back out. I measured the underbust width with the dress laid flat (see photo) - it measures 13 inches across.
