💗 HOST PICK 💗 Turbine Softly-Pleated Skirt

Beautifully designed, this lightweight skirt has been created from one piece of fabric, and has just one seam in the centre back. Starting at the waist, the pleats are tiny for the first 6”, and then are released into softly-falling folds - see photos 4 & 5 The fabric is opaque at the top, but is suggestively see-through when the pleats are released, creating added interest - see photos 1, 3, 6 & 7 There is no fibre-content label inside, but it is most certainly a synthetic fabric which means you will never have to re-set the pleats The waist is held in place with a 1 1/4” wide top-quality elastic which measures 31” un-stretched. It can comfortably stretch to 34”, with considerable stretch left over to enable it to sit nicely on your waist – see photos 11 & 12 Although there are no tags inside, I bought it from Turbine as a Size M Skirt is 22 1/4” long, measured from the top of the waistband. The skirt moves beautifully on the dance floor. Wear it with black tights, a soft feminine blouse or fitted top, and a stretchy belt or silk scarf tied around your waist. The skirt did not come with a belt, and does not need one, However, if you would like to wear it with a belt, particularly a stretchy one, the black belt photographed with the skirt is also available.
