HOST PICK 🌟 Vintage one of a kind handmade anchor dress

No tags. Purchased at a vintage shop in Lethbridge, AB in early 2000s. Never worn as was too small. Hard to part with but it deserves to be worn. Please note measurements as I’m not sure what size they work out to be. Can provide additional photos or measurements if needed. There are two small holes in each armpit and a thread along the side that appears to be a belt loop, but did not come with a belt.
