@posh_spice91 Hi there, Asked my partner, he says he wore it a few times in Montreal winter never got wet. I checked and it is not GORETEX, which is what I wear for monsoon travel. I think winter including wet snow is fine but if you are looking for downpour then GORETEX is what I would recommend. That is the only coating that has worked for me.. Except one fail.
