The popular bLEUSALT tube skirt or dress! Double lined wide waistband offers added support with a snug fit, and a back slit that allows you to move with complete ease. Pull up above breasts to wear as a dress! I’m 5’3” and this fits like a maxi skirt for me. The waist band looks tiny but is super elasticized to get over my 38” hips and sit on my 28”waist. The company sizes zero at a 24.5” waist but I think that would be a bit of a loose fit. I weigh 126 lbs. As usual with BLEUSALT, new with tags means new in a cotton duck bag!
