HOTTA YU SHOTEN & CO. Vintage 40s Handpainted Four Section Divided Plate, Japan

Hotta Yu Shoten & Co. vintage handpainted divided plate. The plate has a floral embossed rim and on the divided sections, a lighthouse and nature scene. There are holes on the rim to make it easy to hang on the wall if desired. Stamped Handpainted Japan with the Hotta Yu Shoten &Co. logo on the back. The measurements are approximately 7.75" in diameter. Great vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks but there is some crazing on close inspection. The black stand in the photos is not included. This piece was manufactured by Hotta Yu Shoten & Co. The company was in operation from 1920 to 1947. The stamp depicts a cherry blossom flower.
