Halara Women's Skort

Red Halara skort, got it thinking I'd wear it for my Halloween costume and then ended up not using it. I have a silly habit of taking tags off when I shouldn't, but I've never worn it, it's brand new. waist is about 16.5" across but it has plenty of stretch and fits me well as a size 16/18. length is 15".
