This Vintage 1991 Hallmark Keepsake Tranquil Blue Angel Christmas Tree Topper is supposed to light up. However she has not been tested so we are selling her as not working. Otherwise cosmetically she is in great preowned condition no chips no cracks some marks and scuffs. Represents a nostalgic era and serves as a beautiful reminder of the traditions from years past.
