Product description Hallmark 2003 Ornament Sky's the Limit Series 7 QX8147 Description On box: Fitted with wheels, floats, or skis, the Stinson Reliant was a versatile favorite with sportsmen, business executives, and bush pilots. The introduction of a double-tapered wing design in 1936 earned it the nickname "Gull Wing." A more powerful SR Reliant -- the AT-19 -- served with the British Royal Navy during World War II. But the Reliant's most dramatic and innovative service was providing airmail to small cities. Specially equipped airplanes snatched and dropped 100-pound mail sacks while making low passes above a marked spot or ground rig. Size Wingspan measures 4". There are two Sky's the Limit series: regular and miniature. This is part of the regular version series. Condition Ornament is new in box. Box is in near excellent condition with shelf wear.
