colleenyj @kimberlinahb pit to pit is approximately 19"+ and it also has good stretch. I added a pic of the sleeve, which is the same design as the collar. But over the sleeve are long black sleeve capes(? not sure what they are called. The collar is made of foam. it's a very long dress.
