Halloween Costume Witch Jumpsuit and Hat for girls size 10/ 12 As you can see this needs to be for someone very slim it has elastic on the waist But not much to this waist it will stretch out to the size of the top of the pants and The top part of the costume -100% polyester-Feels like velour The elastic waist part stretches to 13 " one side - so double going around The pant part after the elastic is 30" can hem if needed Top part to the elastic is 16" Long so total 46" Long I have added this on a lady mannequin ,she is not wearing it but has it taped to her body so you can see how it looks But for sure this is a childs costume
