Halloween Skirt - Retro Beistle-Style - Size M - Spooky Goth Horror Rockabilly

Retro, Beistle-style Halloween skirt with black cats, bats, owls, and skulls. Never worn, new without tags. Size says XXXL for some reason, but it's a M/L. My waist is 32" and it just fits. The waist is elastic, so there's some stretch to it. Waist measures 14" across (about 28" all around), length is 28.5" from the top of the waistband to the bottom. 65% cotton, 35% polyester.
