Halogen halter dress

Brand new, never worn black halter dress. Bought from Nordstrom Rack in the US but never tried it on and unfortunately doesn’t fit right for me. Tags are removed but perfect condition. Buttons up the neck into a halter style. Flows with a lining on the inside. Measurements are in photos. 33” from top to bottom, 16” from under arm to under arm and 19” wide at the waist. Made to fit flowy.
