A ruffled peplum overlay partially wrapping the tie-front waist gives chic new shape to a jacket tailored from a cozy brushed fabric. Size XS. Frill gather edge large front pocket on left side only. This tier and frill detail wraps around to the back also. Right front side has 2 straps that you can tie to cinch the waist in a little if you like. Super soft felt feel rayon poly blend.
