Stunning 100% silk dress with flowing cape overlay. This print is like a sophisticated take on a psychedelic tie dye. The dress underneath is a sheath style and is fully lined. Cape can be worn a couple of different ways- down or tied up. There are 5 covered buttons at neckline wear them open or closed. This is what bohemian dreams are made of.
