Halston Heritage dress. Size 6

Halston Heritage v-neck pleated dress. Fully lined, elasticized waist with 2 small belt loops (can be trimmed off) side zipper with eye and hook at top. Good preloved condition. Last two pictures show 2 small spots. Have not tried to clean but barely noticeable. Pit to pit: 15” Waist (unstretched): 13” Pit to bottom hem: 28”
