Halter Dress with Staps

Brown, tan and blue tones. Has halter strap plus shoulder straps. Size XXL but isn't as big as you would think. Elastic under the bust stretches a fair bit. Ankle to floor length (on a 6 foot person) without shoes. Never worn.
