Halter neck black mini dress

Brand new halter bodycon mini dress. I’ve never worn it but the tags aren’t on it so i’m not sure of the brand. It has a strap that goes horizontal across your back and then the fabric dips a bit and hangs off your back so it’s sooo cute but i don’t have anywhere to wear it. It’s a size xs/s
