Halter special occasion dress

Beautiful purple dress, satin-y material with black floral decoration (velvety). Sweetheart neckline and halter straps. Zipper at the back with some elastic. Ties attached at sides so it can be tied in the back. Pleated skirt about knee length! Worn only once, great condition!
