H&am polka dot dress

Super cute and fun H&M dress. Kept up in excellent condition just some frill in the inside lining collar (but it is not seen). Hits me (5 ft 5) around the mid thigh, looks baggy but is actually form fitting without being too tight/has space to breathe. Great for spring
