Hammered wire and tigereye butterfly necklace

Statement. Wow. I feel like this might be gold, or at least filled. I’ve had it for 25 years and it hasn’t developed any kind of patina. It still glows a burnished gold. It hasn’t any identifying stamp, but I’m suspicious. If it’s costume, it’s damn fine costume!
