Hammersley & CO Grandmother's Rose Tea Cup and Saucer

This is a set of a bone china green tea cup and saucer made by Hammersley & Co.(Longton) between 1939 and 1974 as part of their "Grandmother's Rose" line. They are decorated with red roses, green leaves and generous gold trim. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. It stands 2 3/4" tall and is 3" wide at the mouth. The saucer is 5 3/4" across.
