Hand Crafted Genuine Leather Rare Moroccan Flat shoes

Unique and Rare find! These shoes were made in the Chouara Tannery in Fes, Morocco, a UNESCO site, that still uses a 1000’s year old tradition of making tanning genuine leather products by hand. The Medina where these were bought has been around from 700 AD. These are like new, cherry red size 8, but fit more like 7-7.5 women’s. This is sheep skin genuine leather ** please inspect pictures carefully as they are part of the description The last two pictures are 1, my daughter standing in front of the tannery where they were bought, and 2. Explains the Medina tanneries Fun fact: when you enter the tannery vicinity, the workers give you mint to smell because the tanning process is stinky. You will see my daughter smelling the mint in the picture 😊
