Hand Embroidered Knit Vest

Beautiful knit vest by Northern Isles with hand embroidered flowers in blue and green. Not your average vest, even the knit base is in a subtle chevron pattern. I'm guessing this is from the mid 90's. Thicker, quality feeling weave. Could wear this as a top no problem, not see-through. Functional buttons. Pristine condition, no flaws that I can see. Pit to pit: 18" Shoulder to hem: 21"
