Hand Painted Skirt

Stunning Hand Crafted floral skirt. The sides are longer than the front and back. Beautiful painted and applique flowers at the sides below each hip. New without tags. I was given this by someone who was the original owner. She never wore it because it was too long for her. Then I never wore it for the same reason. 😂 On me it needs heels and my old feet don't do that anymore. measurements waist 14" stretches to 25" waist to hem 38" and 42" Our model today is probably a 2x, so even though it says its a M, it has some flexibility.
