Hand Painted wall hanging for crafts/ decor 6109

This hand painted wall hanging has been well cared for. I would consider this suitable for crafts, which is why I put it in the arts and crafts section. See all photos as the vertical edges are raw and need hemming, and some fringes have brown paint on them. A nice piece for decor or for crafting.
