Hand knit baby sweater and bonnet

Absolutely adorable vintage hand knit baby sweater with matching bonnet. Baby blue. Sweater has an adjustable neckline with a pom pom string to tighten. Bonnet has a ribbon to tie closed. Both handmade. From the late 80’s. Some very very minor discolouration overall, but nothing major. I’m not great with baby sizing but this would probably fit 3-6 months? Newborn to 6months? Measurements shown in photos - please refer to these measurements to ensure appropriate sizing.
