Hand knit sweater vest

Hand knit sweater vest No size, brand, or material tag but it could fit a petit woman or maybe it’s for a child? Received second hand and have worn for a few years but I get too hot in sweater vests. The armholes are also pretty small (7.5” flat measurement). Buttons are plastic with some sparkle Some pilling, especially in the underarm area Ptp 17” Length 19”
