Hand made Elf or Fairy Skirt 34-36 inch waist

Hand made skirt has an elasticized waist that comfortably fits 34-36 inches. The black fabric is lightweight, very stretchy, and sparkly. The added triangles of colour are gauzey and see through. Total length from top to bottom is 38 inches. Spins amazing when you turn. Perfect for elfin fun in the forest. Since it’s handmade the original price reflects the cost of the fabric and something for my time.
