Handcrafted Bone Earrings

Handcrafted spinal column earrings made by me. Any bones I use are ethically sourced by myself. These were essentially cleaned by the elements/exposure however I did have to clean them up a bit. These bones are hand-painted and sealed with mod podge. The hoops are multipurpose wire, the 22 gauge wiring is silver jewelry wire (tarnish resistant copper wire) with silver hypoallergenic hooks. It is NOT recommended to wear these in the pool, shower, while sleeping, etc. As the hoops are entirely handcrafted, they WILL bend if care isn't used while wearing or storing them. They can certainly be reshaped if they do bend, however I'm not sure how often they could be reshaped without compromising the wire, so they do need to be taken care of. These aren't perfect, but a lot of work and love went into them 🖤 I only create pieces I would wear and I thought I'd see if there's interest for more "vulture culture" jewelry.
